1967: A creative interaction between the arts, drug experiments and music culminate in the SUMMER OF LOVE – a historical event and dramatic point of change for youth culture and society. Filmmaker Christoph Dreher travels the centres of the “PSYCHEDELIC REVOLUTION”. He sets out on his journey through the U.S. and England to find out from some of the survivors what happened to their attitudes and utopian ambitions from back then. The film presents rare archive footage and numerous interviews with Kim Fowley, Ken Babbs, Mary Woronov, Johnny Echols, Dickie Peterson and many others.
